In the frame of CodeWeek EU, which will take place from October 15-23 2016, Silvae Technologies in collaboration with Startup Factory will organise a CodeWeek event in Ruse, Bulgaria. Supported by Ruse University (Computer science department) the event will take place from October 15-16.

“Europe Code Week is a grassroots initiative which aims to bring coding and digital literacy to everybody in a fun and engaging way,” according to codeweek.eu.

This is the first time a CodeWeek event is being organised in Ruse.  It aims to support Ruse community to learn new IT skills as well as promote programming and digital skills as a basic need for 21 century no matter the gender, age, ethnicity, etc. The event is free to all participants.

The event includes 5 modules: Robotics, Photoshop, Creating site with Wordpress, Animation in Web, and Digital future of business. Every participant will take part in one of the modules mentioned above for two days. You can find more info about the application form and the program here.
